The VCBM 2008 Social Event will consist of an optional walking tour through the city from 18:30 to 19:25, followed by a dinner that you really don’t want to miss at restaurant Van der Dussen (see “Van der Dussen” on the VCBM 2008 Google Map).

The walk through the city will be semi-guided.  In other words, conversation with your colleagues will take preference, but there will be a planned route and information available on the points of interest that we pass by.  The walk will start at 18:30 in front of Cafe Vlaanderen on the South West edge of the Beestenmarkt (see “Beestenmarkt” on the VCBM 2008 Google Map) and will end at the restaurant, as the dinner will start at 19:30.
